Chiropractor
Dr. Grant Ferguson, D.C.
Born and raised on a farm in a small town in Iowa, Dr. Grant Ferguson developed a deep connection with the land and rhythms of nature from an early age. This rural upbringing instilled a love for the outdoors as well as in competitive sports including football, basketball, golf, and baseball, where he thrived with both the physical challenge and camaraderie.
Beyond sports, he found deep joy in the outdoors, honing skills such as hunting, foraging, and fishing, and immersing himself in the natural world to learn its many lessons.
Driven by a passion for understanding life in all its forms, Dr. Grant Ferguson pursued academic studies at Iowa State University, earning degrees in biology and psychology. During his time at Iowa State, he also gained valuable experience through two years of research in psychology, delving into the complexities of human behavior and mental processes. His academic journey continued at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he completed his formal education and earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic. After graduation, he began his chiropractic career in Northern Minnesota, practicing there for two years before returning to his Iowa roots. It wasn't long before love led him to a new chapter in Northwest Indiana. Alongside his professional endeavors, he has embraced the joys and challenges of parenting, finding it to be his most fulfilling journey yet.
A true craftsman at heart, Dr. Grant Fergsuon channels his creativity into woodworking, building furniture and structures that reflect his deep appreciation for functional, natural beauty. His interest in homesteading and permaculture aligns with his commitment to living harmoniously with nature, a philosophy that guides both his personal and professional life.
Faith plays a central role in Dr. Grant Ferguson's life, and he is dedicated to following his God-given compass each day, growing spiritually as he navigates the many roles he fulfills-as a father, business owner, and lifelong learner. He brings excitement and adventure to each day as he looks to play his part in helping people grow in their Faith and Health, so that they may also pass this gift on in their own unique way.

Dr. Kristina Kauffman Ferguson, D.C.
My story begins in Crown Point, Indiana. The second child and first girl to Robert and Danielle Kauffman. Robert from Michigan, Danielle from Québec City, Canada. My early years were filled with mischief, outdoor exploration, sports, art, music and all kinds of adventures.
Life was always exciting and full of promise. I am blessed to have the upbringing I did and it set my perspective for life.
My high school years I developed an interest in the human brain- I remember being fascinated by all the complexities and mystery. It wasn't until I understood in a more fundamental way while working in my parents chiropractic office that chiropractors are working with the brain/nervous system that I began to want to myself become a chiropractor. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and later Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. This is the first chiropractic college in the world and where the rich history of the profession began. Through many trials and tribulations of growing up, I was lucky to have the unconditional support of my now partner, Grant. He was the most important thing I found there.
After graduating and practicing in a high volume practice, some unhealed things kept nagging at me until I decided to heal them by reaching out to a practitioner in Chicago who knew how to work with the nervous system very directly. Long story short, I began to shadow him, and eventually devoted my career there on to learning and immersing in this work, which I did for the next 4 years. I began my boutique practice in 2020, opened on the downtown square of my town, but decided to merge it with my husband's practice after our baby was born in 2022. We just won the best chiropractic office in our county, yesterday actually.
My story is just beginning, but there are the highlights so far.
